CHARMING STONE HOUSE 20 MIN FROM ST TROPEZ

Sitting in a calm valley halfway between Grimaud and La Garde-Freinet, just 2 minutes down a private road, La Mente Premiere is a former silkworm farm from the early 18th century with lovely views over vineyards. The ideal location provides easy access to Saint-Tropez and the delights of the coast while avoiding the crowded main roads to reach the beaches. The bedrooms are all spacious with individual air conditioning. The 3 largest rooms have baths and the smaller one a shower. The house overlooks the lawn and the upper terrace, and down a few steps is the large saltwater swimming pool which has an electric hard cover. A gorgeous stone sundeck equipped with deckchairs and sun lounges offers a splendid view over the valley.

“We have just returned from a lovely week at La Mente Premiere. The property is beautiful and suitable for all of us. It is so peaceful and has such amazing views that we loved it. The boys spent many hours in the large swimming pool and we took advantage of all the sunny and shady corners of the garden. The house is very clean and welcoming, and it was very comfortable. "
